Operation TEN, as a qualified 501(c)(3) organization, is an unprecedented coalition of economic educators, business leaders and active community residents. Over the years, business and civic groups with different economic interests have tried to move the state's tax system in one direction or another. A combination of fear and ignorance has prevented significant and effective changes. To make meaningful decisions about personal and business lives, people need to understand the role that taxes and government expenditures have in shaping the economy of our state. Operation TEN was organized to impact these issues. |
